Zep Carpet Antifoam is designed for use in the pick-up tank of hot water extraction machines to control unwanted foam effectively, minimizing potential damage to the vacuum pump. It is safe for metals and plastics commonly found in carpet machines, featuring a blend of silicone anti-foaming agents, corrosion inhibitors, non-ionic emulsifiers, and emulsion stabilizers in a water-based solution. Non-flammable and requiring only about 2 oz in the vacuum intake hose, it ensures the prevention of foam entering the vacuum motor, thus avoiding clogging, corrosion, or electrical shorts. Zep Carpet Antifoam promotes safe working conditions and does not interfere with the fragrance of other cleaners.
