Hour hand makes two revolutions every 24 hours. White dial features hours 1 through 12 in the outer ring and hours 11 through 13 in the inner ring. Clock has black hour and minute hands, a red second hand and a clear, shatter-resistant, UV-protected lens. Quartz movement is accurate to within +/- 2 minutes over the course of a full year. Operates on one AA battery (sold separately). Wall-mounting hardware included.
